With a slightly more modern flavour, OOMPH recently unveiled the first video from their upcoming January 18th album, Ritual. The track, named Kein Liebeslied, is definitely not a love song.

Hamferð have released an epic, dark live video for their track Evst. Recorded in the Faroe Islands, at the launch show of their most recent album, Tamsins Iikam.

The ambitious project, Emerald Sabbath, is somewhat of a legendary collective. Featuring no less than ten ex-members of Black Sabbath, Ninth Star is their tribute to the metal giants, as orchestrated by an Irish Nuclear construction safety inspector. With names such as Adam Wakeman, Vinny Appice, and Tony Martin(!!!) on board, it’s not just a rock affair; classical music interpretations apparently get a shot at the wheel, as well. Nothing is seeing the light of day just yet, other than a word from the organiser in the video below, but you can pre-order it over here.
